Living Area: Furnished with a comfortable L-shaped leather reclining sectional and a wall-mounted Smart TV. It connects directly to the lakeside yard through a vibrant turquoise exterior door.

- Kitchen & Dining: An open-concept kitchen equipped with full-size appliances and a dedicated coffee prep station. Dining options include an oval wood-topped dining table (complete with a vintage wooden highchair) and a high-top, laptop-friendly bar table with wooden stools.

- Bedroom 1: Features a King bed with a blue, grey, and white striped comforter, a black bed-end bench, stylish sliding barn doors, and a turquoise door offering direct access to the lawn.

- Bedroom 2: Features a Queen bed with a striped comforter and three large windows overlooking the lake and dock.

- Bedroom 3: Features a sturdy wooden bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the bottom and a twin-size mattress on top.

- Bathroom 1: A full bathroom equipped with a classic tub-shower combination.
